An effective entrepreneur, Guy possesses invaluable experience. He has successfully managed hundreds of projects ranging from design, advertising and branding to event planning, promotion and interactive communications for a varied clientele, in both the B2B and B2C markets (service, manufacturing, automobile, retail, finance, pharmaceutical, culture, associations and organizations, and NPOs). Guy acts as marketing and communications consultant, working closely with marketing directors and SME owners, as well as participating in the agency’s strategic development.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Université de Montréal and a certificate in Marketing Management from HEC Montréal, Charles has over 20 years of experience on the creative side of advertising. An ideas man, value creator and copywriter, he worked in three of the province’s largest agencies (Cossette, Publicis and PALM (now Havas)) before starting his freelance career, which has led him to develop creative and strategic communications for numerous advertisers and build brand identities for many Quebec organizations and SMEs. Over the years, he has earned some 20 creative awards at both the provincial and international levels.
Director, Digital and content strategist
Anne loves words and has learned how to wield them on the web like a true exponent of her generation. Her ten years of copywriting experience have led her to take on mandates in several communications and advertising agencies. Over time, her sense of logic and her ability to see the big picture when it comes to brands’ needs dovetailed naturally with content strategy, where her top skills merge. With many regular clients by her side, she joined Macadam in 2016 to strengthen its content strategy service offer.
Director, Video Content
Stéphane is a very talented creative and director who is also a musician and a photographer in his spare time. He has worked in the communications field for 25 years. Everyone remembers Bell’s major campaigns featuring Monsieur B played by Benoit Brière! Although he embraces creativity in all things, his highly strategic mind also leads him to surpass clients’ expectation. Having previously worked for major agencies such as Cossette, LG2, JWT and PALM, he has also been the recipient of some twenty awards and recognitions.
